Bob - I left a message on the relevant page in reply to your comment, but I wanted to follow up with you here, too.  I'm the only member of the MFD assigned specifically to LH, and since you're with the Fortress I wanted to make sure we were working toward the same ends.  From where are you getting your version of the BP for the burb?  It's disconcerting that there are two versions floating around, and we should probably try to figure out which one both our organizations are intending to enforce.
