Piles of paper are scatterd across the hallways aswell as a radio transmitter set up in a HQ room but its out of power. By side it there's graffiti saying Local Roftwood Defence Complex.

This tall building started off to be a block of offices but after the zombie Apocalypse came a young surviver he saw this building as something more somewhere safe he wanted others to be safe as well so to test his leadership skills he made a group named The Local Roftwood Defense Complex as well as spray-painting his new surviver group's name outside the building he hopes one day people will join him.
