Basic Info:
|
Description
Spicer Row PD is a police department located in the suburb of Dulston along the very northern edge of the quarantine zone of Malton, beyond which rows of military razor wire fences and concealed landmines work to keep zombies, and survivors, from traveling further north. As a precinct located near the northeast corner of Dulston it often sees most of the action in the suburb, due mostly to the fact that few survivors care for the confinement of the northeastern-most corner of the Malton quarantine zone. In the days following the "Malton Incident" survivors flocked to police stations like Spicer Row PD, but now most Dulstonians (as they are sometimes referred to as) prefer the safety and convenience provided by the local mall.
Noted NecroTech scientist, Caleb Usher, has on occasion stopped at Spicer Row PD while working on official NecroTech assignments at The Beale Building (97,0). During his last visit he urged survivors to post information here at the station for everyone to read.
Mandate
1) To serve and protect all survivors within a 3x3 block grid (south) of the precinct.
2) To maintain resource building barricades at Very Strongly.
3) To maintain non-resource building barricades within a 3x3 block grid at Extremely Heavily. These buildings will act as safe houses for Free Runners attacking zombie groups in the area.
Affiliates
To date police and military personnel stationed at Spicer Row PD commonly work with survivors located in nearby resource buildings, namely:
- Clewett Alley PD (95,0)
- The Beale Building (97,0)
- Oake Walk PD (93,0)
- Anne General Hospital (96,2)
- The Trood Building (99,1)
Barricade Policy
This building must never be more than Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded. This barricade level has been set forth in the Dulston Optimal Defense Diagram, a strategic barricade policy that is enforced by all member groups of the Dulston Alliance. This building's purpose is to serve as an access point for all survivors and a safehouse for inexperienced survivors who do not possess the Free Running skill. Visitors are requested to never barricade beyond Very Strongly unless the building is currently under siege from 5 or more zombies. Note that any survivors associated with the Dulston Alliance have the right to lower the barricades back to Very Strongly if they discover them raised higher without just cause.
Malton Department of Emergency Management Information
Dulston is in District Three of the Northeast Division of the Department of Emergency Management.
