HI, Just wondering where that 1700 attackers number was pulled from? Caiger_Mall#RECENT_NEWS nov 9 post has a scan that shows only about 800 zombies in there area, so unless 80% of the humans in the mall are PKers, the 1700 number is hard to backup. TroZ shack 15:45, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

I believe the number includes the number of dead bodies and also zombies that are inside buildings. The Scan (which was taken by me) doesn't include zombies that are inside buildings or dead bodies so it is possible that there are 900 lying about. Pillsy FT 15:58, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
Seems to me that the 1700 number is entirely fictional and quite off base.--Kentor 16:41, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
I've edited the numbers down to what I feel is more appropriate. There is no way there were anywhere near 1700 zombies sieging Caiger. --Mooglebean 05:48, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

Also, are any of the commanders listed actually involved in Caiger at all? Last time I checked Ron Burgundy was leading the Second Battle of Blackmore and there was no mention of Shacknews Zombie Horde members in the commanders section at all until I added an entry. That seems pretty odd. There are a lot of people listed as leaders, but who are they leading exactly? —The preceding Template:Wikipedia comment was added by Kentor (talkcontribs) Pillsy FT 22:35, 9 November 2006 (UTC).

Good point, well I'll remove the list of survivor leaders for the time being and people can update where appropriate. Pillsy FT 22:35, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
I've added the Shacknews leaders and the strengths I believe helped us achieve (or are very close to achieving) victory. --Mooglebean 05:56, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

Ok, which ever fool added the end date for the siege wants a kicking. The siege does not officially end till one of the following happens: -

  • The survivors say we give up, Caiger is yours and then they all leave or...
  • Every corner of Caiger is wide open and ransacked.

I know it will more than likely be today but don't kick us while we are down. Thanks. Pillsy FT 09:50, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

If someone can edit the history when all of Caiger is ransacked so we have an official time when the siege ended. Cheers. Pillsy FT 13:10, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
Added when the last survivor fell and the building was open to all. --Shacknews mooglebean 18:54, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

Tis a glorious day for ZombieKind and then end of any feeling of safety in Malton for all Humans. And likly signals a Mass exodus of harman players from the game. Conndrakamod TDHPD CFT 21:02, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

so where is the after pardy going to be held? --Reptileus 23:05, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

Does the Urban Dead Wiki make an effort to maintain an NPOV? If so, this article could stand some rewriting, as it sounds pretty patriotic towards Caiger at some points. intooblv 16:25, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

Can you please removed the rewritten version of Flander's Field? It is sad that a poem honoring our fallen veteran be changed to be used for a video game. Danny lee

Ok i have an idea here, becuse we renamed Caiger Mall, BARHAH Mall. Should we also rename Darvall Heights DarHrll Heights and also Chudleyton RhuRHaton? --Reptileus 01:50, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

Latrobe - first night

Attempts were made to reclaim the building but with the survivors in shock and in an unorganized mess, the attempts were feeble at best so all NT efforts were re-directed to nearby NTs. I think something needs to be said about the first few hours after Latrobe was taken - when we (as in the Horde) ransacked the building there were about 100 standing zombies inside. Over the next few hours, we were hit-and-runned by some of the people in Caiger. They brought us down to at most 12 zeds before reinforcements came out of nowhere. We were somewhat lucky to hold that building on the first night - after that we weren't threatened or counterattacked at all. Daggoth 13:33, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

Mall Tour 07

Anyone have plans for Mall Tour 07?--Apex 22:53, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

causes of the fall...

perhaps most critically, ransack and large building defence

i fail to see how they made any more change then they did in the second seige, what the second seige didn't have was the idea of the necrotech falling, which is now basicly a standard major mall seige i guess.

the seige was in numbers, not in the fact trhey had the now 3/4 year old updates.--Darkmagic 01:25, 11 July 2007 (BST)
