Description
This four-storey metal-and-glass building surrounded by a large paved plaza is the headquarters of the Crew Avenue Police Department. This building is often powered and contains a radio broadcaster. Please keep the radio broadcaster tuned to 26.58 MHz as that is the CAPD's official radio broadcasting frequency. The Crew Avenue Police Department and surrounding buildings act as a compound for the Crew Avenue Police Department as well as a shelter capable of housing hundreds of survivors.

The CAPD maintains the barricades of their headquarters at very strong.

History
Founded by the City of Malton when Foulkes Village was annexed by the city in 1859, the loyal officers of the department have kept the area of crew avenue safe right up to the day of the outbreak in 2005.
