Description
St. Columbanus's Church is a church with the coordinates [5,41], situated in the suburb of Owsleybank. It is located on the central northern area of the suburb and is the only church in the suburb.
Its appearance is rather pittoresque, with an ample amount of original wooden details.
History
The church was built in 1891 by a Irish expatriate, who was also a priest of the Church of Ireland. It was named after St. Columbanus, a very famous Irish missionary and the patron saint of, among other things, motorcyclists.
