Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Barricade Policy

The Grim Scouts maintain the Derham Building heavily barricaded (VSB +1) at all time.

Current Status

The building has been heavily barricaded.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel.

Somebody has spraypainted The Grim Scouts * BASE ALPHA * HB at all time onto a wall.
