Basic Info:

The Hartland Building

Description

"a narrow red-brick building covered in abandoned scaffolding."

Part of NW Kinch Heights' business district, it once was a branch office for a life insurance company. Went out of business days after the outbreak due to policy holders dying and coming back to life, draining the company of funding in what's considered Malton's worst ever case of consumer fraud.
