This cemetery (16, 56) has been designated as a revive point, was maintained by passing members of Clan Hometwig. It is not particularly close to any TRP's but has a higher chance of being attended by a local if a request is made. The locals in question now consist of the Grey Swords, who have taken it upon themselves to maintain the Revive Point. See [1] to make a request.
