He'd been in his isolated bunker, manufacturing his infamous hallucinogens under the name Inspector Lee. The name was famous from coast to coast-so much so that NecroTech had contacted him to freelance some R&D work-and thus, his bunker was buried in the base of an isolated mountain, safe from prying eyes. When the plague came, he was unaware and deep in study of the papers that NT had given him. He wasn't surprised or horrified at what he read-more than anything it aroused his curiosity. When he exited the bunker to mule-out his latest creations, he saw the Plague and what it had done. He retreated back in to his bunker and went to work on his version of what he thought would revive the Zombies. When the time was right, he packed up his weapons, his supplies, his stash and his best suits and headed off to Malton. He wasn't prepared for what he saw-but due to the nature of his Hallucinogenic research, he wasn't emotionally overloaded in to shock by what he saw, either. He made his way to NecroTech to establish credentials and then later he went to work for the DEM's Malton Forensics Unit (They were not suited for each other, so they parted ways on mostly friendly terms). Now, working with and through NecroTech, he pursues his revivication research using their proven formulas and some of his own experimental formulas including his most successful batch formulated with 12-Methoxyibogamine, 9,10-Diehydro-N,N-Diethyl-6-Methylergoline-8B-Carboxamide and Harmaline. If he'd quit using it all on himself for its great visuals, he would have made it much farther in his research than he currently has...
