:I am so so so very sorry for the healing of a griefer! If I had known I would never ever have done that. I will try to do my best and check every new person I heal just to make sure I am not healing a griefer. I had no intentions of helping the dude at all, I do not support that kind of behavior very against it! If I see the guy again I'll be sure to tell him to go away if not fire some warning shots. He should leave you all alone.. should leave this game period. We as ThunderCats DO NOT tolerate evil, evil in any forms whether it be zombie or human like. So again my deepest apologies. Please forgive me. --[[User:Lady Cheetara|Lady Cheetara]] 19:49, 6 October 2008 (BST) |

Hey
Thanks for the heads up. I do do random revives on occasion, but these 4 were out in the cemetery. Yah, I know it gets some people mad, but hey, it is a game, and their is no reason to get pissed off at something that is just a game. I see your point, but I am not worried.

Thank you for your comments on the tall buildings! I expanded that suggestion a bit, I suppose you can take another look if you want. How did you find that page, by the way? :) --JohnRubin 08:42, 10 August 2007 (BST)
- Thank you again for good comments! I moved the suggestion to suggestion discussion page. You are most welcome to leave your further comments there. Thanks! --JohnRubin 15:46, 11 August 2007 (BST)

Hello Queen Mum. If it's OK, I would prefer to have this conversation via PM on Brainstock rather than on a public talk page. That way, I can provide more relevant information, to the extent that I'm able to do so. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 21:59, 21 August 2007 (BST)
My apologies
I am so so sorry. An eventful week: I read your question and meant to come back to it later, but I guess it slipped my mind.
We at the QSG are always in favor of other starting their own no-kill zones, particularly in libaries but in other places too. (Feel free to use our Truce Zone template: just put {{Truce}} on your location's page.) To answer your questions in order...
- Yes, I find that, statistically, those who are Lawful Evil in alignment tend to respect such truces better than those of Good alignment of any stripe. Chaotic Evil tends to still be a problem: by that I mean mostly feral zombies and griefers. We'll always have random zombies breaking our truce, while those in larger groups like the RRF or LUE will respect it. Likewise, lone wolf PKers are more likely to violate the truce than a Rummer or a Philosophe Knight. (The P-Knights, incidentally, consider all museums and libraries to be truce zones, so they're excellent people to work with on such things.) But pro-survivors of any alignment, bounty hunters, scientists, firefighters, and above all Trenchcoaters seem to just ignore our signs and warnings, except for those lovely few who pay attention.
- Those on the On Notice list are killed whenever we see them in the library, and sometimes if we see them outside the library. To get on the list, you have to violate the rules frequently and repeatedly, in such a way that it's clear you understood the warnings and are ignoring them. Accidents and ignorance won't get you on the list. It's not quite eye-for-an-eye, it's more of a 'You broke our rules, so we're going to kill you until you go away and leave us alone.'
- Depends on the individual. For some, corporeal punishment makes them sit up and pay attention to what we've been saying, and they'll apologize next time they see us and we'll take them off the list. For others, they were just passing through anyway so there's nothing to do but to revive and keep going.
- You've gotten yourself into a fun alternative way to play UD, but one that can be frustrating without a few people to enforce and promote the Truce. If you need any help, I'd be happy to stop by for a few weeks and lend a hand. Where are you, exactly?
Have fun with it, and keep us posted! --Sirkus
NO-KILL ZONE | |
This location is under Truce: zombies, PKers, Bounty Hunters and humans may all stay here without fear of being attacked by the others. No killing. No barricades. |
