History
Before the outbreak, the Cherington Building was leased out by a record company. They provided studio recording space, cheap residence for struggling musicians, and a bar on the rooftop. Many up-and-coming bands would sign on with the company to use the residences for cheap (most notably the funk band Avidase), only to terminate their contracts as soon as a better deal came along.
Nowadays, the Cherington Building often falls into ruins from zombie attacks. It is barely ever occupied; when it is, it is by lone survivors or groups passing through the area. The vibrant community the building once attracted is gone. --Chekken 07:50, 14 August 2009 (BST)
