Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

The Husted Building has the distinction of being the site of a battle between the local Ackland Mall Security forces and the Malton Bounty Emo Killers PK Group in 2007.
