Blakesley Grove Police Department |
Description
The Blakesley building was originally an institution for the mentally challenged in 1955. During the rebirth of the suburb the institution was demolished, giving away to the current Blakesley Plaza Police Department. The name Blakesley is taken from a small village of the same name in Northamptonshire. It was the home of former Commissioner Robert Hastings, who was a decorated British Commando during the second world war.
Barricade Policy
Dartside has no specific barricading policy; in accordance with the Uniform Barricading Policy police departments are essential buildings which should be Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB).
