Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Barricade Policy

The Grim Scouts who claimed the building as their temporary base normally maintain the Derham Building heavily barricaded, stronger during sieges.

Current Status

The building has been extremely heavily barricaded.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running.

Somebody has spraypainted * The Grim Scouts * - BASE ALPHA onto a wall.
