They were required to reply to their radio signal to claim it, which they never did. They had a confirmation request on their activity, in 2008, and it was confirmed, but since then there has been no request. Regardless of the A/A it's not vandalism without intent and the case is thus concluded on a/vb. There are talk pages for them to use to discuss page content and arbitration for disputes.
