Wiki code help?

Any thoughts on ways to constrain the width of a column of text without using a table? It'd just do that but there is no way to do a table with a transparent background that I have found. Also, I was just using BR tags but it seems ever browser wants to size my text differently. Might sizing the text by the px and defining the font-family help with that?

Inactive Groups/Request Clean Up

I have been at Greenland Police Department and Gelasius General Hospital, I have went onto DK13's talk page and website, and it appears there has been no activity since mid-2011. I do believe it was already confirmed on the Malton Hospital Group's talk page, they were inactive. I request to clean up these pages (Or I will do it, it's fine), and claim them for my group, Malton Safe Zone Security (It is around 1:00 AM at my time (EST)). Nothing from 2010 or any other previous years immediately springs to mind.

Need Confirmation

Malton Hospitals Group has had little to no activity from what I have seen, aside from editing the front page to register hospitals. They were required to reply to their radio signal to claim it, which they never did. They had a confirmation request on their activity, in 2008, and it was confirmed, but since then there has been no request. Woah, it was a three month siege? How come I never saw events like that when I was around before?! I did have a zombie alt years ago, though I lost track of it soon after starting.

Hi, I meant to introduce myself before but never got around to it. This seems a chance, so hello. :) My sis is Merondi in-game, and in your group, I believe. She inspired me to rejoin the game. I have more spare time now, so I made a new character and actually formed a group from an idea I'd been toying with before.

We share the same computer, and probably the same IP, so we're keeping completely separate characters, but I got her help in setting up the forums for MSF. I think that despite our intentions, I ended up modeling our group like yours. I wanted to make a mercenary group based on MGS, but before I knew it, MSF had tri-nature achievement pages, which may sound familiar. I'm awfully sorry if we ended up stealing any Organization XIII concepts, I really didn’t mean to. A Farewell to Arms

Sorry to spam your talk page, but I wanted to ask something. I hope you won't think me too fickle, but I'm dropping MSF. RL has reclaimed me, and I've again lost most of my spare time to the twins evils of work and education. And the time I have left to play UD, I want to spend on fun stuff, without having to waste AP on recruiting, etc.

Frankly, being a very lazy bastard, I've found I'm not quite committed enough to start a new group. I'm fine designing Wiki pages, making forums, for the heck of it, but when it comes down to it, I don't want to have to plan things and have to lead, which is probably why I didn't actively recruit. So I've decided to let go of MSF, and just enjoy the game without the pressure of having to lead a group.

I'll be applying for a existent group, since I find lone-wolfing it is not fun. Probably the PK, since Professor DT & some others have done a wonderful job of convincing me of the virtues of knowledge, or elsewhere. I'd apply for O13, but with IP issues, and the fact I'm going to have to accept Merondi's seniority over me... And I've realized I don't like being dead (probably the fact I made the mistake of buying brain-rot for my prior character and was dead most of the time then is responsible), another reason to cancel MSF. You can probably guess I've found I like PKing best of all three styles. :D

Merondi has (wisely) refused to take over MSF, and I'm probably not coming back to it later, so it will be left leaderless. I would be glad to leave it open, so anyone who wants can pick up the idea. So should I just leave the Wiki pages, or ask for deletion? I know the Wiki does delete unused group pages after a year or so.

By the way, if you or anyone wants to lead the group, I'd be glad. Most of the old group pages get left alone. It's mostly just the ones that got put up one time, never had any work done on them, and failed to ever really have any content on their pages that end up getting deleted. Yours was known by a number of people, was clearly not a one day thing, and had some actual content to it. It won't be going away, I'd think, and there's no real reason to put it up for Deletion either. History is history, after all. Cut down on the zerging incidents such as that one, and maybe we'll consider working with you again. oh, shit, didn't know about that. rakewell was not mine for most of last year. i had no idea that had happened. it would have said to that effect in rakewell's profile at the time. but no, i don't zerg, i never have, and i never will. am not technically adept enough to do all that proxy shit, and i really can't be bothered, it would all really be more hassle than it's worth, the game is fun enough as it is. all my alts are listed in my profile. aside from an accidental within ten square slight overlap, if anyone can ever prove any zerging from me, aside from that incident, i'll gladly immediately permanently retire those characters. i use the maps, am anti-zerg, and zerg accusations are really annoying, it's like being punished for efficiency, or co-ord play. i rarely use any external forums so can't defend myself from gossip, it should be water off a duck's back, but it does get annoying, so easier and less hostile just not to meta-game. moving on & abandoning thread. farewell GoL   ▧  ^{: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : :} 21:46, 19 December 2012 (UTC)

Although it's a moot point, I'd also like to point out AH did more than just stay at Lamport. You PKed our members inside the building, then kept the island Extremely barricaded in a futile attempt to keep us out of our own HQ. I believe you were warned that continuing to do so would get you killed before we charged in. And of course, we don't mind a light PKing war, but the bad-mouthing graffiti quickly gets old.
