St. Polycarp's Church
Description
St. Polycarp's Church is an extremely large Gothic style Catholic Cathedral located South in the suburb of Wray Heights. All assumptions on "holy ground" aside, the Church has become the place of worship of the sadistic PH cult, one of the most hated and battled groups located in Malton. Worshipping "Saint Poly Diaz", the cult issued a Bloody Sunday ritual of death on "non-believers". In the first strike by the Special Tactics And Rescue Squad on the cult during the PH War, this was the highest priority target and became a carnel house that was decimated the duration of the war and a target of various anti-PH propaganda.
History
The church were named after St. Polycarp, a second century bishop and martyr. He was stabbed to death after an attempt to burn him at a stake failed. He were canonized after his death and is now consider a saint by the Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Anglican and Lutheran churches.
