Description

History

Constructed in 1978 by the Malton Computer Company Ltd. as their headquarters, it was abandoned in 2003 because the foundations became unstable. A construction crew went in in late May of 2005 to repair and reinforce the foundations, but contact was lost after a "raving lunatic" shouting about cannibals supposedly destroyed the two-way radio the group was using. When the second shift went in with their two-way radio the next day, only a short, garbled message from a panicked construction worker was received before the air waves were once again silent. Around this time the workers from the first shift were reported missing by their families, but before an investigation could be launched by the police, the outbreak occured, and quarantine was inforced.
