The Smith Towers are located at 55,16 in the suburb of Millen Hills. This tall building has a mobile phone mast rising out from the roof and is a landmark in Millen Hills. When the building is powered, it enables mobile phone service to the suburb of Millen Hills. Tagging the building earns no XP. Not many items can be found in this building.

According to the barricade plan drawn up by the survivor group The Abandoned, Smith Towers is to be barricaded to Extremely Heavy.
