NewsCrashing A Party, or Making Frenemies By Inviting Ourselves To Another's HQYes, you heard it here and you heard it right! The Upper Left Corner left Nichols Mall a while back, and, in our haste, forgot to update this here page! After wandering the streets, searching for signs of life (more like signs of booze), a representative of the Upper Left Corner stumbled upon a pub in Roachtown with signs of life - and yes, more importantly, plenty of liquor! ULCers are making their way right now, and so should you! The pub is the Novell Arms located at 53,34 in Roachtown - home of our new friends, the Roach Klips! Pack your Twister mat and meet us there! -S Aline 03:10, 23 November 2008 (UTC) The Great Tea Party, or The Cricket Match That Created The UniverseThe Upper Left Cornerists are currently inhabiting and imbibing in the Upper Left Corner of Nichols Mall. Join us for tea, cricket, and the (metaphorical) waterfall of (literal) booze. The co-ords are [58,52]. Don't be a square, see ya there! -S Aline 01:54, 8 October 2008 (BST) MCM Debauchery, or The St George Hospital LecturesWe are now at the most happening place in malton at the moment, St Georges Hospital, Greentown. There's a continuous pool party, Booze, guest lectures, more booze and biting galore (and thats from the staff). So come along. Join in the fun and show the MCM what we really are about... newton pippin 13:34, 15 August 2008 (BST) The MonarchyThe Upper Left Corner are ruled by the last King & Queen of Malton and their own personal subjects known as Royal Appointments. If you would like to see the royal appointments then you can do so here. HistoryAs history so long and illustrious as the Upper Left Corner's cannot be detailed in such a small section, it must be given its own page where people can read in full at their leisure and so it shall be. If you would like to find out about our history then everything you need to know is right here. PossessionsQ. What exactly makes the Upper Left Corner of the mall different from the other corners? A. Not only does the Upper Left Corner have the last Royal Family in all of Malton, they also have a lot of cool stuff. While other survivors loot for useful things, such as ammo and first aid kits, ULCers loot for fun things! The full list of our possessions can be found here. Past EventsOccasionally the ULC partake in sacred rituals which are codenamed Events. Once upon a time, these events occurred frequently, usually culminating in the death of the entire ULC; however, these events are now rare. You may see any previous events right here. The Jerk ListThe Jerk List is exactly that: it is a list of jerks. People are deemed jerks if they commit crimes against the ULC which includes killing members of our group. Having our own monarchy means we do not follow lists, so it's an eye for an eye and all that jazz. Forums, Radios & IRCsThe ForumsYes, we have a forum. You need to sign up and need to gain royal approval before you can access the board freely but once your inside and get past the spam it's all good. The official ULC forums can be found here. The original forums, created by Leslie the Quack Man Brant, are no longer around. In the ol' days, you could have found lots of information in there about nothing at all, as it was the original place where the ULC discussed current events.
Radio ULCBored an nothing to do? Do you happen to be in a powered building with a Radio Transmitter or do you happen to have a Portable Radio next to your 20 shotguns, portable generator and first aid kits? If you do then get that dial tuned to 26.99Mhz! You sure won't get news, but you might get some madness. IRC ChannelYes, not content with forums and even their own radio station, the ULC have their own IRC channel on irc.sorcery.net and the channel is, you guessed it, #Upper_Left_Corner. If you don't know what IRC is or how to use it then use Google, that's what it's there for. Important - Just because someone is in the chatroom, doesn't mean they're actually present at the computer. Lots of people stay logged in all day. So if no one's talking when you log in, it's not (necessarily) because they don't like you. |
