The Coram Building is an old office building in the suburb of Lukinswood. The Emergency Broadcast System is located in a side room of this building. Please make your way to 22,43 and undress.
It remains to be seen if the EBS is even of any use. Plus, it's rusty, smells repulsive, and repeatedly stuns radio operators with painful electric shocks, occasionally leading to death or disfigurement.
We couldn't give a shit about actually using the EBS, but will protect it at all costs.
MEMBERSHIP
To join, please list CORAM as your group affiliation. Members are advised to carry two hand-held radio receivers, one tuned to 25.92 MHz - the EBS frequency, the second tuned to 27.50 MHz.
