The DEM is not yet there. We had been contacted by Justin, agreed to participate, and are currently waiting for his signal that this has started. This is what we settled on. Once it has (or has it already? Justin?), we will attend by sending DEM members into the area. The page originally listed a start date of August 12. That was changed to August 17 on August 9. The start date was changed to soon on August 18. So When is it going to start? is a good question. Crabbe 13:45, 20 August 2010 (BST)
