How goes the good fight Jacen?-- Denver  5MoC 05:59, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

How do you do

I came across you in Yagoton I believe, I didn't say anything, but your profile interested me. The Shearbank Butcher is definately an attention getter when I'm going through group tags. I'm a member of the FoD and I just thought I might see if you where interested in joining a group or not. I am by no means here solely to recruit you. You're a fairly new player it looks like, so if you need any help with the wiki, tactics, or anything like that, feel free to ask. I look forward to hearing from you.-- Denver  5MoC 23:20, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

I am well, you? I am a new player, yes. I was a ROACH Klip for a bit but got bored and moved to Shearbank for a bit. Moved on and have ended up in Yagaton and been slaying people in it and Millen Hills. My self given nickname is the Shearbank Butcher, which is funny since I have slain none in Shearbank...yet. I have hoped that I would get a chance to be in a PK group and though I have never heard of FoD before, I am interested in joining up.--Jacen Brazeau 21:20, 11 February 2009
I moved your comment back here so we can carry out this conversation without jumping back and forth from our talk pages. Oh and at the top of the page when you're editing, there's a button second in from the right (when you hover over it should say "Your signature with timestamp"), that's your signature button, and whenever you're posting be sure to use it to let people know that you made whatever comment. It's not a big deal, the wiki takes a while to get used to :).
I'm not doing that bad myself, thank-you. Anyways, down to serious business. You are a fairly new player, only level 8, but I think with the FoD you'll be able to grow into a more serious PKer. Here's our group page, take a look at the recruitment forum and sign up if you want to. You'll be asked to complete a mission before your accepted as a member though. I recommend for you to level up just a little more, and at least gain these following skills:
They will help you greatly with completing the mission, and PKing overall. I'd recommend you go back to killing zombies, just so you can get the necessary experience points to level up (PKing only yields half the experiance points killing a zed would). You have a lot of potential, I just don't want it to be more difficult then it has to be for you to keep up with the rest of the group. It's very impressive to come across a lone PKer that is only level 8, but has racked up 5 kills. You have the same spirit as any other PKer, your just lacking the skills that will give you an edge in the game. Let me know what you think, and if you have any questions to my reasoning (why these certain skills, etc.) ask away, I'm here to help.-- Denver  5MoC 09:45, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
My apologies, it has been a while since I used a wiki. I used to be an addict on one so it is a bit embarrassing for me to forget the time stamp but regardless.
I will certainly work on getting those skills, though for the last two it will require me to die, so I will ensure I have XP and purchase them when I inevitably die again. I will make my application when I am all set with regards to your advice so that I am capable of fulfilling whatever mission you choose to the best of my abilities. Believe me or not, I actually do understand your reasoning for each one and will work on ensuring I have them all.
I hope that in the coming weeks I show myself to be worthy of your attention and good enough to be a true PKer. I will be in touch sir.--The Shearbank Butcher Talk 02:57, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
No problem, I apologize for talking down to you, I wasn't aware of your past experience with wiki's. I'm glad I got into contact with you Jacen, and I'll be looking forward to hearing from you in the future. Oh, and by the way, nice signature. -- Denver  5MoC 08:08, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Templates

Many of your templates, such as Template:Ackland Mall, are proposed for deletion on the Deletions page. This is because, as a rule, templates which are unused after a week are deleted from the wiki. If you wish to prevent any of your pages from being deleted, please include them in pages, by adding code such as {{Ackland Mall}} to the page.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Alright, will do.--Jacen Talk 18:36, 25 April 2010 (BST)
There, put the marked ones on a page of mine and will see about having all mall related userboxes included on mall pages so they are easier to find for people. Anyways, thank you for telling me about this particular wiki's policy on that. Anyways, I have a small request: If you should mark something like those for deletion in the future, please use the <noinclude> tag around the {{speedydelete}} tag as it is exceedingly annoying putting the userboxes on other pages as a result of it being considered a part of the whole userbox and as a result causes whatever page you add the userbox to marked for deletion. Thanks.--Jacen Talk 03:56, 2 May 2010 (BST)

Oh, Sorry dude!

Your signature

Notice how your signature code takes up like 4 rows when used? You can fix that in your preferences, so, say, using me as an example (I'm in a hurry so I'm just typing this quickly) in "nickname" field of preferences, where it says {{SUBST:User:DanceDanceRevolution/l}}, that will type the sig code out completely every time you use it, and if your codes long, it'll do what yours does and take up lots of space.

If you just add a simple bit into that code, say, to {{SUBST:''Nosubst|''User:DanceDanceRevolution/l}} and click save, instead of throwing the whole code down it'll throw a template down which links straight to your signature directly, so instead of using all the code, it would simply say: {{User:DanceDanceRevolution/l}}

instead of <small><small><span style="border:1px solid #1C092D;background:#290D44;"><big><small>'''[[Every Villain Is Lemons|<span style="color:GreenYellow"><span style="color: #FFFF00;">L</span><span style="color: #E6FF00;">E</span><span style="color: #CCFF00;">M</span><span style="color: #B2FF00;">O</span><span style="color: #99FF00;">N</span>]] [[User:DanceDanceRevolution|<span style="color: #80FF00;">#</span><span style="color: #66FF00;">1</span></span>]]'''</small></big></span></small></small> when I sign.

Give it a go, it'll make less clutter, I promise! -- LEMON #1 01:15, 27 August 2010 (BST)

Also that image should only be 14px high, I'm afraid. You'll need to reduce it down in size. Nothing to be done! 01:17, 27 August 2010 (BST)
@ DDR: Thank you, it's been a while haha. @ Misanthropy: Thank you for informing me. If it would not be too much to ask, could you direct me to where the rules are designated for signatures and the like so I don't make these likely annoying little breaches of protocol with regards to things like this in the future?--President AlnerERIS Symbol Version 2.png 14:38, 27 August 2010 (BST)
Here it is:: UDWiki:Administration/Policy Discussion/Signature Policy!! It isn't so hard, just no flashing, large images, large size images, and the like. Good luck man -- LEMON #1 14:57, 27 August 2010 (BST)
Thank you, still rusty as hell with wikis on my part, apologies for any inconveniences I may have caused haha.--President AlnerERIS Symbol Version 2.png 15:23, 27 August 2010 (BST)
Ah, it's no bother. I've always been considering a policy to change that (rather arbitrary) 14px with 15 or higher, might put it together later. Nothing to be done! 19:46, 27 August 2010 (BST)
