The corrupt waters rush by, bringing with it unsavoury debris. Rotting wooden planks cover muddy ground. A cliff blocks access to the rest of the city, with a dark cave lurking in a recess. There is a sign here that reads PRIVATE PROPERTY - TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED hung near the door of the boathouse. You make your way across the muddy shoreline and onto the decrepit wooden walkway surrounding a boathouse. The wooden structure looks old and ready to fall over. Two doors blocking the way to the water are barely upright by the efforts of rusty hinges. There is another door here for persons and not boats. It is slightly ajar. You notice what looks to be a cave out back. You feel if you went to investigate it, you might be propelled along by the events and enveloping circumstances and miss out on the boathouse.
