Description

The Turvill Building is a low-rise plaza building complex located in the suburb of Dulston. While the building itself is fairly large it is mostly deserted, that is, with the exception of one street-level storefront which has been converted to a Driving School by a survivor calling himself "Crazy Ed". From the collection of wrecked vehicles directly outside the establishment one has to wonder whether this is proof of his driving school or just the "crazy" part.

When questioned by Caleb Usher as to the exact reason for opening a driving school in Malton, considering its current state of affairs, Crazy Ed was quick to reply, "Now don't get me wrong, Ed knows people can't drive in Malton, but Ed thinks that this is because people just don't know how... dying can do that to you... you die and die and die and then forget things. Ed never forgot driving, so... COME ON DOWN TO CRAZY ED'S AND START DRIVING!"

Further attempts to learn more about the driving school proved futile as Crazy Ed had begun rolling around on the floor while laughing and drooling. A nearby stack of flyers though provided the following extra information:

Need to Drive? Course you do!
CRaZy Ed's Driving School

Learn all the basic driving skills: *Starting and stopping your car without cheating with walls. *Hitting and running like a pro to avoid embarrassing your girlfriend. *Proper hand signals when ploughing through a zombie horde. *Learn what to do when your car flips, crashes, explodes, and kills you.

Get all the experience you'll need to start driving right now for just the low, low price of only $10 for 2 lessons! What more could you ask for? A car? I wish!

Barricade Policy

Barricades should be kept at Extremely Heavily at all times. The true purpose of this building is to serve as a heavily fortified shelter for Malton's veteran survivors. This ruling was set forth by the Dulston Optimal Defense Diagram and is enforced by all member groups of the Dulston Alliance.
