DISCLAIMER: Nobody likes PKers and, personally, I dislike the metagaming aspects of Zombie spies. But these things happen anyway, so this class is an attempt to allow such actions to make more sense within the game. My hope is that it will also add the potential for new types of items, weapons, skills, and tactics.
Starting Equipment: Fireaxe, Spray Can
Starting Skill: Axe Proficiency
These survivors have turned against their fellow (living) humans and have embraced the zombie apocalypse, or they could just be nihilists. Whether just out for themselves or actively assisting the undead armies, Death Cultists attack or sabotage other survivors... when they can get away with it. They get FULL XP for attacking Survivors, but only HALF XP for attacking Zombies. Both Survivors and Zombies get full XP for attacking a Death Cultist. Upon reaching 10th level, Death Cultists do NOT gain access to the Zombie Hunter skill(s). Instead, they gain access to a unique skill, Zombie Friend, which would allow Zombies to distinguish Death Cultists from other survivors, in a way similar to how Scent skills work. (though having such a skill is also a dead giveaway to other survivors that you're not on their side).
Notes: Ideally, I would have started this class with the Hand to Hand Combat skill and a crowbar, but they need to be able to blend in, which means having a starting skill that matches an existing class (it was tempting to have them mimic Consumers, but I think PKers would have still prefered the combat effectiveness of the Fireman class over this). Having a Spray Can allows them perform subtile sabotage by overwriting helpful messages or adding misdirection.
I suspect that most people will initially have a strong reaction against a class such as this, as it rewards PKers. But my hope is that by having a class such as this, other Survivors will get a greater reward for killing PKers and Zombie Spies. This would also be a good class for dedicated Bounty Hunters. I think this type of character is consistant with the genre and feel of the game. It does threaten the Survivor vs Zombie dynamic by adding greater potential for Survivor vs Survivor conflict (though such conflict already takes place), but it could also add to the dynamic in a positive way by adding a sense of paranoia to even the safest Survivor strongholds.

- Kill - - I LIKE PKers! When they don't get my friends, that is. Anyway, this appears to mean that you'd have skills entirely inaccessible to current characters and the fact that you can't switch from survivor-PKer and you're branded for life.
