Description
Kitchingman Street Railway Station is a train station located in the suburb of Pescodside alongside the border with Rolt Heights to the west. Kitchingman Street Railway Station was originally constructed in 1930, primarily as a station for the loading and unloading of heavy freight trains.
The station itself saw little use after 1945 following the collapse of a large haulage firm who where the primary users of Kitchingman Street Railway Station and the station was finally closed in 1950. In 1960 the station was selected for renovation and, in July 1964 after nearly 5 years of delayed construction work Kitchingman Street Railway Station finally saw the light of day again as a state of the art passenger station. The station proved immensely popular, both to commuters and tourists, flocking to the many museums Pescodside has to offer. Today, following the outbreak, a once bustling commuter paradise is now silent, platforms covered in dry leaves and accumulated rubbish, the citizens long gone, and the faint moans of zombies can be heard in the distance.
Barricade Policy
This building should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the barricade plan set forth by the Burchell Arms Regulars as well as the mutually agreed-upon Pescodside Barricade Plan set forth by local survivor groups and the Dulston Alliance, all of whom routinely monitor the barricade level for this building. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors, and thus requires the Free Running skill to be properly utilized.
Survivors who find the building's barricades below their assigned level are asked to assist in raising them back up in order to help ensure the safety of all the survivors staying inside the building. Any survivor found lowering the barricades may be directly "put to the question" by any member of the B.A.R. present at that time. If this happens the accused survivor must present a valid reason for their actions or be labeled a zombie spy/death cultist and be judged accordingly.
