Indeed. I've heard reports of his actions. He apparently has a habit of referring to the poor as 'poo', perhaps as a derogatory ephithet or perhaps due to an unusual accent. As his name implies, he enjoys punching such downtrodden souls, often employing a team of up to four eunuchs to assist him.
