Description
Cull Avenue Police Department is a police station located in suburb of Rhodenbank. This building was once the HQ for a survivor group known as "The Malton Elites", a group that was fighting for Rhodenbank, but have since disappeared. These days the RCDC are known to patrol this building and provide support to survivors staying inside.
Mandate
1) To serve and protect all survivors within a 3x3 block grid (south) of the precinct.
2) To maintain resource building barricades at Very Strongly (VS+2).
3) To maintain non-resource building barricades within a 3x3 block grid at Extremely Heavily. These buildings will act as safe houses for Free Runners attacking zombie groups in the area.

Barricade Policy
This building follows the barricade policy set forth in the Rhodenbank Barricading Plan. Created by the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps, the policy dictates that almost every tactical resource point in Rhodenbank should only be Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded and no higher, so as to be accessible to inexperienced survivors who do not have the Free Running skill. Visitors are requested to never barricade past Very Strongly unless the building is currently under siege by zombies. Note that members of the RCDC have the right to lower the barricades to Very Strongly if they discover them raised higher without just cause.

March 24th, 2010 - The D.I.T.P.S reported that 3 zombies had breached the police station's barricades. One victim of the attack was none other than Deathwire, the D.I.T.P.S Anne General Hospital Chief of Staff. --Mobius
- Update: Enraged by his death, Deathwire is reported to have risen and crushed 2 of the zombies to death with his undead grip. However this did not save the life of D.I.T.P.S Security Captain Rotten Ray, whose life was claimed by the final zombie. --Mobius
November 3, 2009 - Stopped by for a day looking to stock up on guns and ammo. Station is safe with plenty of survivors with barricades at EHB and power is on. --OO Willie 12:42, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
August 31, 2009 - A group calling themselves the Cull Avenue Riot Patrol (CARP) has claimed Cull Avenue PD as their Headquarters. Member numbers number fewer than 10 according to stats page. The RCDC has begun diplomatic conversations with the group and has received a positive impression thus far.
August 4th, 2008 - Cull Avenue PD is in safe and secure hands at the current time, though recently survivors have been overbarricading the building despite a lack of zombie-attacks. It is reminded to all survivors to NOT go past VS+2 so other survivors may enter!
March 31st, 2008 - Despite the valiant efforts of defenders, Cull Avenue PD fell to zombies today. The zeds were driven out and cades begun to be rebuilt several times but the zombies eventually overcame them with with the help of two zombie spy/PKers.
February 21st, 2007 - The RCDC reported that Cull Avenue PD was under siege by a small zombie horde. Almost all survivors inside that building were injured. A request was made for additional reinforcements and medical attention.
