[edit] NecroTech facilities in South Blythville
The NecroTech Corporation has a sizeable presence in South Blythville, operating no fewer than four R&D facilities. Externally, these are indistinguishable from any other office building, but those with the right experience can readily recognize them for what they are by the specialized roof-mounted antenna array designed to receive signals from DNA Extractors and upload them to NecroNet.
GPS units and books (primarily on scientific topics) may be found in NecroTech facilities, as well as certain pieces of proprietary technology: the DNA Extractor and the Mark II revivification syringe. Provided the building is supplied with electricity, personnel with access to NecroNet can also peruse data gathered by means of DNA extractions within four blocks of the facility in question, manufacture revivification syringes, and even treat specimens afflicted with corrupted brain stems. Tagging any of these buildings does not grant any XP.

the Nich Building is the oldest NecroTech facility in the district, featuring "old school" stern-looking gargoyles along the guttering. Its yellow-stone facade is somewhat the worse for wear, having taken severe acid rain damage in the 1980s.

The Pippard Building (South Blythville) |
A four-storey grey-stone building flanked by trees, the Pippard Building is a supply point for the Revivification Points at Gee Avenue [26,72], and Nicols Avenue [30,72].
The Pippard Building is maintained as a brain rot revive point. For maximum utility, it is to be maintained at VSB+0, unless under seige. This rotters decade for revives policy maintains security and availability of those who provide the rotter revives, and increases survivability of generators and fuel. It also maintains the availability of the building resource for the ambient survivor population, which can only have a beneficial effect on Pippard security. Revives are provided by a contingent of the BRRC. Attacking generators, building decorations or people is not advisable for rotters wishing to join the ranks of survivors. This will inevitably result in a headshot, and being added to a list of those who are no longer acceptable candidates for rotter revives.

[edit] Barricading
Due to intense recent activity by the Dark Order of Armageddon, directed against NecroTech facilities in particular, it is advised that the Hazeldine and Preston Buildings be barricaded as heavily as possible. The Pippard Building idealy should remain barricaded to EHB+2 as part of the rotters decade for revive policy. Humans sleeping in Pippard are welcome, they are asked to let the cades fall at times indicated by those staffing Pippard for rotter revives. The building will not remain open long while serving rotter revives, and this policy will be suspended in the circumstances Pippard is under assault by a zombie horde (RRF, Gore corps, et al). Those visiting Pippard are also asked to leave good zombies waiting quietly for revives unmolested, aggressive zombies that don't respect survivors, equipment or decorations will be handled appropriately.
Currently, it is recommended the Nich Building be maintained at barricade level Very Strong +2 so as to provide less agile members of the public continued access to NecroTech products and services.
