Description
The Serrell Building is a NecroTech facility located in the suburb of Yagoton. Though a faceless corporate structure to the uninitiated, this facility once served as an R&D lab for NecroTech within the suburb. This facility is one of three NecroTech facilities found in the suburb. Since the Serrell Building is located the furthest away from the more active parts of Yagoton, it is treated very much like any other NecroTech building located in the middle of nowhere. The YRC is attempting to establish a "Brain Rot Recovery Clinic" inside the facility though in order to improve its usefulness. As such, frequent break-ins by zombies with Brain Rot seeking to be revived by a powered lab are to be expected, and the barricades may often be lowered.
History
Members of project NecroWatch renovated the facility in recent months, as they installed sensor eyes for A.L.I.C.E. throughout the building and uploaded NecroNet 2.0 into the facility's system terminals.
The survivor group The BattleRagers claim The Serrell Building as part of their territory(it lies 1S of Rounsefell Library, their home-base). They try to keep it up and running as a Brain-rot revive point. All other survivor groups are also welcome as long as they help with upkeep.
Barricade Policy
This building should be "OPEN" or unbarricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the building's purpose as a Rot Revive clinic, who routinely monitor the barricade level for this building in order to maintain its open status. This building is meant to serve as a clinic where zombies suffering from Brain Rot can be revived, and seconds as an entry-point for survivors with the Free Running skill. Survivors who find the building's barricades above their assigned level are asked to assist in lowering them back up in order to help ensure that the clinic remains open to all undead survivors. It is not recommended that survivors attempt to sleep here overnight for this very reason.
Mandate
NecroTech staff continue to follow directive 42-A, issued by the head office on January 19th 2006, with the activation and manufacture of MK-II revivification syringes. While the cost in time and effort are currently high the certainty provided by being able to manufacture a constant stream of syringes has mitigated early concerns.
The activation of NecroNet with all NecroTech buildings has also allowed scientists to apply the DNA tracking research they have gathered to date. The field research staff stationed at the Serrell Building feel certain that they can crack the mystery surrounding the spread of the virus as well as help monitor aberrant zombie activity within Yagoton.
NecroNet Reports
Zombie tracking reports are a free service provided by the NecroTech corporation to all its staff and local survivors in order to help facilitate quicker response times when managing zombie threats and to build a greater awareness of zombie migration patterns within the 9x9 block region around the Serrell Building. As a cautious reminder, only those zombies tagged with the DNA Extractor will appear on these scans, so actual numbers may vary when dealing with older zombies (i.e. Brain Rot).

11/25/2010 The NecroTech logo is set in the wall behind the front desk, and doors open onto powered-down computer rooms and laboratories. The laboratories have been ruined, with broken equipment smashed to the floor. A thin layer of dust covers the debris. The floor is flecked with dried blood. The doors to the street have been left wide open. There are three other zombies here.
02/19/2010 The building is safe, very strongly barricaded (against the barricade plan), with generators and some survivors. Nothing to do here now. A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 26.42 MHz. Somebody has spraypainted Brain Rot Recovery Clinic onto a wall. -- Travis Vercetty

The laboratories have been ruined, with broken equipment smashed to the floor. There are dried, cracked pools of blood across the floor. The doors to the street have been left wide open.
A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel.

The floor is flecked with fresh blood. The doors to the street have been secured. Also here are partical 010 (29HP), haifinnesoup (60HP) and nohwon (60HP).A portable generator has been set up here.
