Bungay Towers

History

Comprised of three separate, roughly identical tower units, Bungay Towers is the moderately successful result of one the many suburb revitalization projects that occurred during the 70s and 80s in Richmond Hills. It was originally designed as a low to moderate income housing alternative, in an attempt to draw working-class singles and young families into the suburb from neighboring East Becktown, Lukinswood and Havercroft. The only surviving high-rise apartment complex in the suburb, Bungay Towers saw consistent use right up until the quarantine.

Barricade Policy

In accordance with the Richmond Hills Barricade Plan, Bungay Towers is designated as an entry point and should be kept at VSB+2.
