A run-of-the-mill PD with some interestingly named places around it.

Barricade Policy

Keep to Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB) (actually VSB+2) per the Williamsville Barricade Plan.

This is also in accordance with the Uniform Barricading Policy, which requests that emergency resource buildings such as police stations be kept at a maximum of VSB.

Current Status

On 2009-20-07, the Dibbings Plaza Police Department was Very Strongly Barricaded; this is in accordance with the Williamsville Barricade Plan.

There was/were no zombies here, and none in adjacent blocks.

Seven dead body was/were outside; the lights were on inside.

''VSB+2 and tuned to 26.45 - RGOW'' was spraypainted on the interior.

''Go north to the Rudd Building you will be safe.'' was spray painted on the exterior.
