History

Before the outbreak, Chudleyton's most northwesterly factory made nubbins, sprues and aglets. The surrounding area had gradually been transformed into a commercial and leisure area after the completion of Caiger Mall, but the factory remained as a reminder of Malton's more industrial past.

The factory from the south
