:: I've checked out the modifications, and with the change in both the game and Huntley's general player demographics I can't disagree. Dark buildings are a pain to repair in the situation of a [[ransack]], so keeping clubs EHB is only proper. Executive Summary
This plan was created using the generator in Template:BarricadePlan, which itself is linked from the Uniform Barricading Policy. Strategic changes have been made by the DEM, mostly to increase the ratio of EHB/VSB buildings to the 1/4-1/3 suggested by the UBP.
