History

Some time ago, aimless and probobly insane PKer Jerden (Profile here: http://www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=1919714 ) declared himself High Lord of Crowbank, for reasons unknown to all (including him). High Lord of Crowbank just sounds good, you know? Anyway, Jerden set up this group, Jerden Rules Crowbank, so that others may show support. It helps his ego. Unfortunatly, not everyone agrees, and there have been many Regacides of the High Lord, mildly inconviniencing Jerden untill someone got round to reviving him, although he did get to do some fun breaking and entering, so it's not all bad. Jerden demands they appologise and stop doing it - it hurts, emotionally and physically! Mildly inconvience them, that'll show them! (Bullets and stab wounds are mild inconvieniences in Malton.)

However, jerden is not the mindless lunatic people may think he is. He has great pride in his suburb, and a strong sense of something warm and fuzzy exists withing his circle of friends. He likes speaking, listening, debating, arguing, shooting, doesn't mind dying, and really enjoys avenging himself. Often in that exact order. Jerden can probobly be found in a lit police department in Crowbank, searching for ammo, or maybe hiding in a dark building. Or breaking into a building as a zombie. Or senselessly and pointlessly killing people outside Crowbank. Nothing personal, just come to Crowbank and you probobly won't die again. That's politics for you!

Recruitment

Anyone can join JRC, as long as you are willing to say that Jerden Rules Crowbank (Or the Zamgrh equivalent, Gagban ranz Gargazzb!rdbang - literally Jerden runs Carcass-birdbank - intersting fact: jerden made up the Zamgrh name for Crowbank himself!) and follow a few rules (Written Below). Crowbank still could do with it's own President, Chanceller, Prime Minister, a Health Service, a Security Service, a Secret Service, a Civil Service, A Fire Service, an Army, A Navy, an Air Force, an R&D Department and a Chef if you want some ideas or what you could do.

If you join JRC you gain access to our Health Benefits (We won't shoot you) and jerden promises to listen to your opinions. Whether or not he acts apon them is another matter, largely dependant on the stars' alignment and how much flatery you use, but he will at least listen and care. Finally, anything you do that doesn't break the rules on this page is technically legal in crowbank, but very few people obey jerden.

Rules (Members of the group must):

Never attack members of JRC. Seriously, don't. The punishment for breaking this rule is to be shot on sight. (I know that shooting traitors probobly breaks the first rule, but whatever. I'm writing these rules, not you.)

Always say something before PKing someone. It's only polite, and pre-death one liners are cool. Plus it helps them to understand why they must die. Ignorance of JRC is a disease to be cured!

Attempt to spread the group. In whatever way you want to.

Try not to PK newbies, but instead attempt to indocrinate them in the ways of our group. Seriously, don't kill any Level 1s, it's a bit cruel. It's hard enough from them, and I like to think this makes us cultured killers. You choose for yourself when you think they need the stick and not the carrot.

Guidelines (Members of the group are encouraged to, when in the mood):

Repair buildings in Crowbank and fight off zombies, to improve our positive image.

Defeat enemies of Jerden Rules Crowbank, to murder that positive image. (Enemies is anyone you or another member have a reason to dislike!)

Spray, shout, and radio propaganda everywhere. Especially in Crowbank. And I mean everywhere.

Stay nearish to Crowbank. Of course, its best to fight outside Crowbank, but stay pretty near.

Greet other members of the group with a secret and elaborate handshake ritual. You think of one for yourself, I forgot mine.

Think of cool titles for themselve, like Master of the Vague Titles of Crowbank. Unfortunatly, High Lord of Crowbank is already taken. Sorry.

Kill random people outside Crowbank to encourage them to go into Crowbank. We encourage immigration. Forcefully.

Attempt to create a wall of ruined buildings around Crowbank, in order to protect ourselves.

Amature Philosophy

Our Philosophy is simple and psychotic (like Jerden), and based around the fact that in Malton, Death is tempory and harmless, and so should provide the most fun possible.

Therefore dying or revifification should not be feared, as it simply offers new opportunities. This also means that PKing should not be viewed as evil, but just as another way of playing the game. Alternatively, PKer Killing is also a valid occupation. Alternative to the Alternative, PKerKer Killing is another valid option, and really just preemptive self defense. Let's face it, they're just PKers too, just more selective ones, and so accepting PKing means accepting that lot too. As legitimate targets. Jerden refers to this as "The Game", and it really is fun. They kill you, they hide, you kill them, you hide, and so on. It makes playing Urban Dead more fun for everyone involved.

But, I hear you say (Or maybe I'm just hearing voices...), some people don't want to die! So what? They'll get used to it! Being a Zombie's great fun! And getting revenge is pretty easy if you feel like it (We don't mind dying, we just enjoy taking revenge!).
