Description

Malton Police Department

Midelton Crescent Police Department is a police department located in the suburb of Dulston. The precinct does not have an illustrious career due to the low crime rates in Dulston prior to the "Malton Incident". This was in no small part due to the fact that Dulston has 5 police departments.

Noted NecroTech scientist, Caleb Usher, while never having really stayed long at the precinct did have this to say, "I wish the survivors at Midelton Crescent PD would learn to read... I swear I had just become a zombie and was just standing around, minding my own business, at the Dead vs Blue revive point when one after another they came out and attacked me. Read the tag! No zombie hunting at the carpark! Sheesh. Zombie or not, getting shot stings like the dickens."

Mandate

1) To serve and protect all survivors within a 3x3 block grid (south) of the precinct.
2) To maintain resource building barricades at Very Strongly.
3) To maintain non-resource building barricades within a 3x3 block grid at Extremely Heavily. These buildings will act as safe houses for Free Runners attacking zombie groups in the area.

Affiliates

To date police and military personnel stationed at Midelton Crescent PD commonly work with survivors located in nearby resource buildings, namely:

  1. Anne General Hospital (96,2)
  2. Weston Crescent Fire Station (95,2)
  3. Parrott Towers (94, 4)

It should be noted that Parrott Towers is the current HQ of FOXHOUND, and as such survivors are asked to alert this survivor group of any increased zombie activity within the area.

Barricade Policy

This building must never be more than Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded. This barricade level has been set forth in the Dulston Optimal Defense Diagram, a strategic barricade policy that is enforced by all member groups of the Dulston Alliance. This building's purpose is to serve as an access point for all survivors and a safehouse for inexperienced survivors who do not possess the Free Running skill. Visitors are requested to never barricade beyond Very Strongly unless the building is currently under siege from 5 or more zombies. Note that any survivors associated with the Dulston Alliance have the right to lower the barricades back to Very Strongly if they discover them raised higher without just cause.

Current Events

December 2nd, 2007 - PD is clear. But at least 8 Zed's close by. Everyone keep on your toes.

July 27th, 2007 - PD has been breached- Defend the PD! --Blanemcc 10:26, 27 July 2007 (BST)

June 12th, 2006 - After their initial warm welcome and success here a few weeks ago the Shamblin' Crooners made a return performance to satisfy all their fans who still hungered for more Z!ng, Z!ng. Again, the only fatalities were all good natured ones.

May 24th, 2006 - The Shamblin' Crooners made their usual grand entrance and entertained everyone inside with their famous "break-in & concert" style of zombie rock. Some humans were eaten. Some zombies were shot. Bottom line, everyone had fun. Rock on Crooners, rock on...

March 9th, 2006 - Caleb Usher logs a formal complaint against survivors at Midelton Crescent PD, asking them to try and refrain from attacking non-Brain Rot zombies who are at the carpark revive point just to the northwest of the precinct. Survivors debate the merits of the complaint and whether it could even be enforced.
