Description

The Pattemore Grove Railway Station is Kempsterbank's one and only remaining Railway Station. In its heyday, this Grand Terminal was one of two stations in Kempsterbank until its sister station was burned to the ground along with most of the Northeastern corner in the 1950s, which today has been covered over in residential infill.

Just previous to the outbreak, the railway station, which had been left in near disrepair from years of neglect, was restored to its golden years appearance and reopened as a stop on the historic Main Line, as part of the movement to clean up the lower west side which was degenerating into an industrial slum, and begin generating tourist revenue as a historic location.
