WARNING! This plan is not in effect any longer, although its page is preserved for historical purposes. For the current plan, see: Penny Heights Barricade Plan.

This is the Optimal Defense Plan for Penny Heights and it is Penny Heights specific. The Barricades follow Uniform Barricading Policy where tactical resource buildings are only barricaded to very strongly and there is at least one very strongly barricaded building for any 9 block area of the suburb. No building will be less than very strongly barricaded (VSB) other than the indoor revive point at Junkyard 98,76. Extremely heavily barricaded (EHB) buildings will be distributed to provide optimal protection.

The pro-survivor groups of Penny Heights help to keep these levels in place to ensure the safety of all local survivors and sight-seers alike. Survivors are encouraged to follow this policy. This map was made by Mister Fixit and last revised by Nick.

This map shows the current Optimum Defense Plan. The bright yellow, orange and brown buildings should barricaded to Extremely Heavily, whilst the other buildings are designated entrances to be barricaded to Very Strongly. Churchous Avenue [91, 75], War Crescent [96, 79] and Junkyard 98,76 are currently the only running revive points in Penny Heights. Black denotes empty space (a road, monument, park, etc.)

A discussion is underway on the suburb talk page on the locations of the suburb's revive points. Please read the discussion and have your say.

No survivors with free running should sleep in Very Strongly barricaded buildings. These buildings are for survivors without free running, and for people to get supplies. This will prevent a buildup of people, which would attract zombies. This would not apply in a siege situation.
