Removed the earletown alliance mention as they are no longer active and their forums seem dead. --Umex 14:33, 22 August 2008 (BST) Also moved in TDSM8 --Umex 14:33, 22 August 2008 (BST)

I'm collecting pictures of municipal buildings in my city (Richmond, British Columbia, Canada) in hopes of getting an image for every resource structure in Earletown.

My goal will be to put a picture into the wiki for every square in the suburb.

If you've got any photoshop skills I could use your help putting out lights or making buildings look barricaded. Some come that way (it's summer, almost all the schools have broken windows, and are thus boarded up) but a number do not (our police station, our schoolboard office - doubling for the Wortley building, and others.)

WAUGH!

Where did all the old news go!? Oh there it is! thanks to whoever created that archive, I'll be sure to move monthly news into it whenever appropriate (like say, the 1st of the month.)

Anybody know how to remove "known groups" that are out of date from the page list?

- Cpl. J, 06 Sept 2006

To remove out of date "known groups" simply click on the "edit" tab on the top of the page next to "discussion". Make sure though that you're currently under the "article" tab before you click edit, otherwise you'll just end up trying to edit the discussion page.

Suburb Map

On my travels I realised this suburb page was lacking a map so have created one and applied it to the page. Keeps it in line with all the others. Pillsy 16:47, 23 August 2006 (BST)

Ames Plaza

Since when has this mob Wanderers been running a revive point? The BOW, Fire Brigade 47, Ragnarok and RCDC keep an eye on that revive point and have done for ages. What's this group doing taking over without at least talking to the other groups involved? nozzer 09:01, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

Phone Mast status report

If you time, can we get you to update http://wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Mobile_Phone_Mast#Locations with the current status of your local phone mast? Thanks. Asheets 20:12, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Barricading Plan Mod

Due to the zombie(s) the building 1W of the rev. point is now overbarricaded. Your new entry point is 1 N of here in Sheapperd. Please modify the barricading plan for Earletown on the WIKI to reflect this. Let me know if you need heals or rezzes courtsey of sok.org

Onward!

New Cade plan?

I take it that is from Pullinger Row then? Listen guys can we all chat as a suburb before we go putting an official plan on the wiki? There is a couple points I want to talk to you about including St. Adrians (Roger Trent likes EHB), Yea Bank (an island that must be VSB or you can't get inside), and Sheapperd Library that has long been the entry point for Wortley building revives, that are usually done at the official revive point of Ames Plaza. For more on this please see [1] --N0TAPYR0 01:46, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Ok. I'll try it this way. The barricade plan has some serious flaws, but nothing that can't be fixed. They just need to be fixed now. The major problems are: AT LEAST 2 hospitals and the lone need to be vsb+2. I know what distributed defence is. I also know that having a suburb where low level survivors have ZERO access to ANY Hospital, NT, or police station(because there isn't one, but still as valid) ='s a lot of dead newbie survivors. A lot. Looot. And, newbie survivors who have no way to level up. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Xenoroyal (talkcontribs) at an unknown time.

I agree, any surivors wanta help put a hosptial at VSB++ after we figure out which one to EHB++? And the Entry point for Lancey Row be changed to the Bruce Building. As the other buildings are too important or would be a pain in the butt to clear of zombies all the time. Yell101 21:32, 20 June 2008 (BST)

The other barricade plan

I found another barricade plan on the page BOW/Suicide Prevention Protocol which is linked from the page Category:Barricade Plans and was wondering whether it is still relevant. --PhaZ 02:14, 3 August 2008 (BST)

Just keep with the UBP plan. People do tend to think it's the official one and stuff. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 02:16, 3 August 2008 (BST)
Should it be deleted then? -- PhaZ
You wanna put it up for deletion requests, go ahead. The wiki community will vote whether or not to delete it. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 21:09, 4 August 2008 (BST)

So what's the real barricade plan ?

Which is the official Barricade Plan for Earletown? BOW's one, or this one? I think the latter one makes no sense, with all hospitals heavily barricaded and inaccessible to newbies, but it's the one put on the suburb page. However, the page Earletown Barricade Plan redirect to BOW's page. This is extremely confusing. I'm inclined to switch it to BOW's plan since it looks better, but I'm not from this suburb. It seriously needs fixing. -- Kittithaj 21:48, 19 October 2009 (BST)

Great Suburb Group Massacre 2010

All suburb wiki pages are undergoing a clean up to remove inactive groups from the group listing (see here: this suburb's groups). If you are a group currently listed in this suburb, you will be contacted on your group's talk page within the next few days and asked to reply, indicating that you are active in this suburb. Groups that fail to reply within two weeks of being contacted will automatically be removed from the suburbs where they are listed.

We're posting here in the hopes that more groups will be aware of the clean up and can respond appropriately, since our team does not have the time nor the manpower to seek out every group in-game or track down its group members elsewhere on the wiki. If you know that some groups in your suburb do not check the wiki, please be a good neighbor and let them know that they NEED to check it for this, or else they will be unlisted in the near future.

The wiki members coordinating the cleanup will be using the table below to track their progress in communicating with the various groups. Please do not edit it if you are not involved with The Great Suburb Group Massacre 2010 team.

The Great Suburb Group Massacre 2010
Group Name Contacted On Date Due
BOW 27 January 2010 Removed
Earletown Rangers 27 January 2010 Confirmed
Zombra's Pub 27 January 2010 Confirmed
This suburb has been cleared. Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 19:07, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

Please check your group's talk pages in the next few weeks, and respond promptly when you receive a communication from the GSGM2010 team. Thanks. Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 19:42, 27 January 2010 (UTC)

Thank you for your cooperation as we cleaned up the group listings for this suburb. Your help in reaching out to groups and replying to our requests has been much appreciated. Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 19:07, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
