It's based on the [[Church of New Eden]], as mentioned in the NPoV section of the page, and the last bullet point of both the "Secondary Teachings" section (CoNE) and the "Teachings that are Lesser Still" section (this page) encorage "gratuitous and annoying" use of exclamation marks and caps lock in order to "project a kooky cult-like aura". - Well, most of the credit for the page goes to whoever wrote the Church of New Eden's page (I remain a more effective editor than writer, much to my chagrin.), but thank you anyhow. The membership currently consists of, uh, me (AutoDestruct, in this case).
