Description
Tinney Bank is a fire-damaged concrete building, its windows missing and broken.
Barricade Policy
Per the Buttonville Barricade Plan this building should be barricaded for entry by those without Free Running skills: Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB) (ideally VSB+2).
Current Status
On 2011-22-july, the Tinney Bank was vsb; this is in accordance with the Buttonville Barricade Plan.
You are inside Tinney Bank. The vault lies open, its contents either looted or transferred. With the lights out, you can hardly see anything. The building has been very strongly barricaded. Also here is kolby669.
