==Intro==
I'm an Urban Dead player who first joined the game on August 15th, 2009. Since then, I've made a point of trying to enjoy as many aspects of the game and its community as possible. Towards that end, I've written {{User:Aichon/snazzylink|User:Aichon/Userscripts|userscripts}}, temporarily led {{User:Aichon/snazzylink|Soldiers of Crossman|a group}}, and have generally engaged in the wiki community {{User:Aichon/snazzylink|User:Aichon/Other#Contributions|quite a bit}}. This is the first wiki that I've really gotten involved with, so if you see me making stupid mistakes, clue me in, since I'm still learning.


In terms of the game, I wanted to experience everything it had to offer, so as you can see by the character list, I have characters in some of the premiere groups of Malton. They all lead separate existences, and a few of them actively fight against the efforts of the others, though they've never met or even gotten close to each other (nor will they ''ever'' do so). Oh, and since they're all separate characters, please treat them as such. Just because my PKer may have ruined your day today doesn't mean that my survivor won't be coming in afterwards to help you patch things together.

I'm a graduate student working on his Masters degree in Computer Science at {{User:Aichon/snazzylinke|http://www.tamu.edu|Texas A&M University}}. I work with the {{User:Aichon/snazzylinke|http://irl.cs.tamu.edu|Internet Research Lab}} (IRL) doing...stuff. I've worked in the space industry with subcontractors for NASA (e.g. Lockheed Martin Space Operations), but am currently employed as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for various undergraduate courses, and have had the privilege of assisting professors in teaching over 1000 students in the nearly three years I've been a TA.


To cut off the obvious questions, no, I will not help you troubleshoot your computer. I use and love my Mac because it lets me get work done without dealing with the crap that Windows users put up with or the hassle that Linux users deal with. You guys are on your own.
Otherwise, I'm just a married software developer who lives in the Bryan/College Station region of Texas, USA, though I previously lived on the Pacific, Atlantic, and Gulf coasts of America, so I'm used to lots of sun and beaches. Despite living exclusively in Southern states, I never grew up surrounded by Southern culture, so Texas' take on Southern culture is something I've had to get used to. The place I'm living now is the furthest inland (140 miles/225 km), most elevated (360 feet/110 m), coldest (snow every few years), and hottest (weeks of highs over 105°F/40°C each summer) place I've ever lived.


Otherwise, I guess I could point out the fact that I am a Christian that holds pretty traditional/conservative values in terms of most of the controversial issues. For some reason, this tends to surprise people. Go figure.
I graduated from Texas A&M University, worked in the space industry, operated sound systems for live events for a few decades, did a stint in grad school, and assisted in teaching thousands of students subjects ranging from FORTRAN to ethics, though not all necessarily in that order. These days, my work has me managing teams of software developers as we create bespoke apps for engineers, lawyers, educators, and more.


I'm a Christian that holds pretty traditional and conservative values, but unless you ask me about it, this is probably about the only time you'll see me bring it up, just because religion isn't a topic that most people want to discuss while playing a zombie game. That said, if it's something that you have questions about, feel free to ask. I'll do my best to answer.
