Userpage help

Thank you I can do with all the advice I can gather, your name sounds familiar something to do with Red Rum possibly? I copied Aphelions page to give me an idea of the general setup. It a little more complicated than I imagined. Eventually I thought it might even lead to setting up a group on here. My concentration isn't too flash I received a beating and now have some major problems so this is going to be quite an effort.

While we're at it, the upload file page appears to be screwing with me. When i try to upload a file, I select the file, choose the destination name, and then click upload file, and the browse for file bar empties. Then nothing happens.
