Templates

I know it is confusing (and it tripped me up a few times) but people make templates of just text so that they can have a section of the page that isn't editable on that page or so that they can easily repeat text or formatting. I think a few of the admin sites have locked templates at the top with the posting information and the bottom is a regular page. Thanks for trying to help though! the second line is a vandalism toolbar present in all vandal reports, in the future, you might want to add it to any cases you submit.

hey! good to see you getting involved with one of the wiki's best projects! Just letting you know you went the wrong way about adding something you feel is lolworthy to the list. To make sure the location has community support for being on the list all potential ALiMs go to vote on the talk page. Interesting an "Eatwell" location has already been put on vote and didn't make the list, that can be found here. Recruitment page Area 51

On your Recruitment page you have some text on the top that imitates the text you see in Urban Dead, the "You scroll down to find a..." part. It is great as is, I just thought I'd let you know that there is a template that you can use to enter in Urban Dead like text that is extremely close to the real thing. It's Template:ud. Hai, this is Tarman of the RRF. I just saw [1] this, recently used by one of my team's new recruits and was wondering if you created it. It's modeled after a poster I did for the RRF Agitprop Ministry [2] . While I don't mind, I'm wondering how it got made in the first place, whether you saw it here or on Barhah.com. More a detective game and a shout out than a hunt for vengeance - I think it's cool that it was good enough to steal :D . Hopefully it does become a reality, I saw some rude graffiti around recently about my horde and it would be so nice to get rid of it. Tarman2007 18:44, 3 September 2008 (BST)

I first got it from Nubis's Sandbox because I did a touch up on it for him. He wanted it to have the correct words of "human" and "zombie" instead of "harman" and "zombah". I liked it both ways and I have always been a supported of the bloodsmear graffiti so I decided to make a template with the picture. I looked around for who to credit with the picture so I could give it to them, and would be able to ask them permission for using it, but I could find a definite source. I hope you aren't even in the slightest bit mad, I didn't mean to steal it I just liked the picture. I as well hope that the graffiti will one day be a reality. NP Argo; I'm not angry, just surprised, like finding a doodle you did on a napkin in a bar up on a billboard ad. Eh, credit, whoopdeedoo, it's the Intartron, home of slightly altered near-plagiarism. I certainly didn't ask the original makers of the old war poster if I could turn it into zambah propaganda, plus Wiki llama is not my thing.
