Description

Named for its founding donor Colonel Johannes Beale, a successful military officer and noted imperialist, the Beale library was home to a large collection of military archives, including many old relics. A large portrait if the Colonel in period uniform scowls down at visitors as they enter the facility. Interestingly, the foible-filled Mrs. Beale carried a pathological hatred of coffee, chocolate, and other "foreign influences", so these items were banned from the place before the outbreak. It is rumored that her spirit still flits listlessly amongst the bookshelves, probably due to a caffeine deficiency in life, and may place a curse on those who dare to violate this ban. At the very least she's frowning on you from the Afterworld.
