History

October 30, 2007: The Dalgliesh Cinema became the seventh destination of the VZW's Film Festival Tour of Malton. After cleaning up all the blood, turning the lights back on and heating up the old concession popcorn machine, the VZW presented the feature debut of Zomblish. This film was shot on location in Malton.

Tour movie reviewer, Luis Tully, provides this brief synopsis of Zomblish : Cultures clash with a mighty clang in this comedy of manners and mayhem. When a beautiful Zombie housekeeper, Flor, is hired by a rich Maltonian family, everyone's life is upended in hilariously zany ways, especially when the parents make it their mission to be so welcoming that they become overwhelming -- especially the dad, who's quickly smitten by Flor's well preserved beauty.
