Burne Bank
Description
An imposing corporate monolith.
History
Founded in the late 17th century by Thorogood Burne, the bank's opaque way of conducting its business led it being favoured by all kinds of nefarious people, from outright lowlifes (including pirates, wary of the old buried-treasure investment model) to corrupt bureaucrats and aristocrats.
Dirty business proved lucrative business and the bank rapidly grew into a massive corporate bank, "too big to fail", and accordingly was bailed out by the government (ie the people) shortly before being liquidated by zombie taxpayers.
Barricade Policy
Poor people are not allowed in. This includes zombies, who rarely have platinum credit cards.
Current Status
February 15,2012 You are inside Burne Bank. The vault lies open, its contents either looted or transferred. With the lights out, you can hardly see anything. The building has been quite strongly barricaded.
A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel. --Zex Suik 00:28, 16 February 2012 (UTC)

The building's doors have been left wide open, and you can see that the interior of the building has been completely ruined for some time.
Lights are on inside. The vault lies open, its contents either looted or transferred. Mould and fungus bloom across the crumbling walls, and the building's fittings are buried beneath dust and fallen plaster. Splashes and prints of blood have dried on the walls. A portable generator has been set up there, which is running. Somebody has spraypainted a picture of the all seeing eye onto a wall inside the building.
