Windows can be jumped from to turn a character into a zombie. Towers have no internal descriptions. Some towers, like Lerwill Towers in Greentown, have mobile phone masts mounted on them.

Description

The tallest building in Pennville. Has 200 levels of 6 metres tall. Has a bullet lift on the west side of the tower which gives another a good view while using it. Was once a tourist attraction because of the great view of the whole Pennville from the tower.

The Outbreak

On early days of the outbreak, police snipers used this place as a sniping site to kill zombies. But the zombies were too fierce and strong. Finally, the zombies broke in the building and even destroyed the weight support. The tower collapsed leaving less than half of the building still standing. The building caught UBCS's attention as they were thinking to use it as a monitor point so two teams of mercenaries cleared all the hostile zombies and repaired part of the building damage.

The tower is now used as a monitor point of the UBCS. Due to the zombies' attack before, the tower is only tall enough to observe the conditions around the UBCS HQ.
